Hotel Helios Opera, Paris

I arrived at the hotel and found it to be a letdown. The room was not as depicted in the pictures at all, and there was another person's bag left in the room. However, on the bright side, the room itself was spacious, more than what I usually find in Paris.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was small but clean with a comfortable bed, although a bit noisy facing the street. The service was top-notch, especially Nicoleta who was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Opera district close to major department stores. Dining options were okay, but the hotel facilities were fine.
