Reviews and Ratings
I arrived at the hotel and found it to be a letdown. The room was not as depicted in the pictures at all, and there was another person's bag left in the room. However, on the bright side, the room itself was spacious, more than what I usually find in Paris.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was small but clean with a comfortable bed, although a bit noisy facing the street. The service was top-notch, especially Nicoleta who was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Opera district close to major department stores. Dining options were okay, but the hotel facilities were fine.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were incredibly small, especially the bathroom was a little cramped. The tea selection was nicely presented, but I felt the communication with the cleaner was lacking, and the fact that there was no lock on the door made me a bit uneasy.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms, although small and on the top floor without elevator access, were acceptable, despite issues with outlets and water leakage from the shower. The service was a mix of friendly and not so helpful. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and metro stations. The dining options were limited. So, there are positives and negatives to consider during the stay.
The hotel is centrally located in the Opera district, close to major attractions and shopping centers. The rooms were a bit small but clean. The service was friendly and helpful, especially from a staff member named NIKOLETA. The dining options were acceptable but could use more variety. Overall, a convenient choice for those wanting to explore Paris.
The hotel offers clean and decently decorated rooms facing the courtyard, providing a quiet stay but lacking in spaciousness and better lighting. The service is friendly and multilingual, with convenient amenities available. The location is perfect for exploring key attractions on foot, yet set in a tranquil area. The dining options, while limited, feature lovely local touches. Overall, a comfortable stay with high value for money.
